Review the existing opening
We look at the window, frame, sash, trim, and nearby finish so the replacement plan matches the actual opening.
We replace worn, drafty, or outdated windows for Bellevue homes. Our plans consider the opening, frame condition, glass choice, and the home's layout.
A properly planned replacement can improve how a window opens, closes, and fits the room.
New glass, frame, and trim choices can give an outdated room a more finished appearance.
Window work can connect with interior upgrades when the opening needs new finish details.
Window replacement is a home improvement service that removes an existing window and installs a new window in the opening.

Window replacement covers more than removing glass. We review the existing unit, opening, frame, sash, trim, and the finish around the window. The work may suit a homeowner who wants better room comfort, a cleaner look, or a window that operates properly. Glass-only work may fit some damaged panes, while a full replacement addresses the wider assembly. Our deeper focus is the hand-off between measurement and installation. A replacement window must suit the opening, and the surrounding trim must finish cleanly after the old unit leaves. We plan those details before construction begins.

Best remodel experience we have ever had. The oversight, careful workmanship and ownership of the project was above expectations. Our design team was amazing. We also had the same person do all the work start to finish and was a total Pro. Could not recommend enough and will be doing any and all projects through them. This place is a gem.
Leaving a long overdue review. Linda helped us remodel our bathroom and kitchen last year. We also did some flooring improvements, and some electrical and plumbing work along the way. The pricing was very reasonable, and we appreciated that Linda was always conscious of our budget, when we made adjustments to our plan. The work was delivered very quickly on promised timelines. She had some really good suggestions around the choice of flooring, which we are thankful for (especially looking back after a year). Also appreciate her sense of style.. it helped us make the right choices for countertops, tiles and fixtures. It all looks great, our guests often comment on how beautiful our kitchen looks. Thank you!
Overall I enjoyed working with Linda and her team. Even though there were no major redesign of spaces and I knew exactly what tile/fixtures/cabinets etc I wanted I still was appreciative of her insight on certain details and choices. It was very easy to collaborate with her. She makes an effort to be in-tune with a client. She was very responsive and took care of everything that needed attention as soon as she was able too. She made sure that I was listened to and taken care of as a client with her subcontractors. I would work with her again.

A room may feel uncomfortable when air moves around the sash or frame. The cause can involve seals, trim, the opening, or the full window assembly, so the right fix starts with a close review. Send photos and note which windows show the issue. We can then discuss the replacement plan and the finish work around each opening.
A cracked pane does not always mean the whole window needs removal. The glass, sash, frame, and surrounding trim each affect the decision. If other remodeling work is planned, tell us before the quote is prepared. We’ll review the damaged area and explain whether the job calls for glass work or a wider replacement.
Window changes often connect with interior upgrades, new trim, or a room layout change. The window plan should follow the opening and the planned finish, not just the look of the glass. Share your remodeling goals, room photos, and any design preferences. Our team can coordinate the window work with the wider project plan.
